Karl is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst with over 30 years of experience in tax, accounting, auditing and consulting. Karl’s experience in tax includes the preparation and consulting on individual, corporate, partnership, limited liability and trust income taxes, and advising in the estate and gift tax arena.
Karl has a wealth of experience in accounting and auditing for construction, manufacturing, automobile dealerships and various service related industries. His consulting experience includes business valuations, litigation support, facilitation and mediation, and overall management consulting.
Karl is active in numerous non-profit organizations including the United Way, Jason’s Friends Foundation, and Renewed Hope Foundation. Karl is also the past Chairman for the Natrona County Health Board and past Chairman of the Economic Joint Powers Board.
